It was just the perfect thing. I didn't want to ruin my dinner by eating a big sandwich or roll, but I needed something to tide me over until 9 p.m. Delicious, too :)

It was a bit of a challenge ....... should I have eaten the California hand rolls before the miso soup? Should I eat the tuna, inside out crunchy rolls, cucumber maki or ebi all together or rotate them? Should I use the extra wasabi and soy sauce or hoard it for next time?

.... but in the end I managed :D
