we suddenly discovered that Jasmine seems to have "lost" around 980 of her
thousand colour pencils (actually not much of an exaggeration) so there was
almost bloodshed as we turned the house upside down without success, by
which time any child harbouring hopes of rest was destined for Cape
Disappointment.. cue mad dancing!
The Runaway Train, 4 Wheels On My Wagon, I Knew An Old Lady (who swallowed a
fly), The Laughing Policeman... the fun is endless!

the "lost" pencils of Pembroke Dock remain a mystery. She has now received a whole brand new set of coloured pencils (including glitter pencils) and has inherited my Homer Simpson tin in which to store them. They have to be counted in and out.

I disagree with tracking devices on children. I'm hoping to lose them somewhere...

good plan that man

to aid that plan, we've convinced them that Pembrokeshire is an island called Shetland, and that if they should get lost, all they need to do is ask the nice policeman to take them back there...
