It looks like a lovely day. Not having seen snow before, why are you wearing gloves. Are those poles cold?

Jigalong wants to come with me next October to see the polar bears in Churchill Manitoba. He has to get different clothes. shorts and flip flops will not do it. He does not understand snow, cold, freezing your bits off...be kind.

is this whistler? it looks wonderful. and not very crowded.

I'm not sure why Sally was wearing gloves while skiing, but I was wearing gloves because I have a tendency to fall over quite a bit. Plus when you snowboard you have to sit on the floor to lock your boots into your bindings.

Wow; you're going on a polar bear watch this year? Sounds good.

It's not Whistler, it's Cypress. You can see downtown Vancouver if you look the other way (although there was a temperature inversion this day so it was hidden under clouds). The local mountains pretty much empty up after Christmas; most of the locals have had their fix for the year. These were taken on a black run, and we didn't see anyone while we were doing it.

Well, if you planning on falling over, that would explain it. I think that I would need to put a glove over my face, to protect it from a face plant :)
