Boxing Day Pheasant Pie

The many steps in making my own Boxing Day Pheasant Pie.
The rest of the stock was used in the making of the filling.
Hand made dough using lard again.
The pie was very shiny and I like my little decoration.
Top was a little thicker than intended but was yummy and flaky.
Best pie ever!

Can do Caine. I don't cook with measurements and I didn't use a recipe, so it may be an interesting recipe :o)
