Conveys little, further objectifies the bullied individual & represents them as a drab, entirely passive, inanimate object. Depressing colourway, the whole design is dominated by negative messages. In short, this is highly unlikely to motivate bullied individuals to take action.
I would not give this space at work as I think it would be counterproductive.
