I am a model. At the moment I am Marshal Ney from the Airfix Napoleonic Wars gift set..
We really do live in Skaro!

I'm going underground, (going underground)
Well the brass bands play and feet start to pound
Going underground, (going underground)
Well let the boys all sing and let the boys all shout for tomorrow
Some people might get some pleasure out of hate
Me, I've enough already on my plate
People might need some tension to relax
Me, I'm too busy dodging 'tween the flak
this is so evocative of days at the beach as a kid...love it :)
Hehe. I love this. Like the way it looks like it could be night time too.
I like the mood of the photo - dark and mysterious like digging to get to Australia when you're too young to know you can't
I*heart* The Jam! Also I saw a girl the spit of the Divine Daughter at Chessington yesterday, really wanted to take a pic but didn't feel able to
I'm crazy about the Jam too, sort of gives away ones age tho' doesn't it. We live 20 minutes drive from Chessington but it wasn't DD. I know what you mean about taking photos of other people's kids too....
One of my greatest pleasures on going back to Leeds every summer is staying at my cousin's house and playing our very own version of 'I'll name that Jam song in X seconds.' I always win and derive great satisfaction even now from being better at *something* than my big boy cousin : )
I don't think I would win against you or your cousin. I'm not sure if my comment *Hey la la la la* comes from Going Underground or from Eton Rifles....or both!
but i also know many younger folk that are well into the jam as well. Mr FF could give you a run for your money Gael
im in to the jam!! but then again i wouldnt be able to play the guess the tune game. i rubbish at that sort of thing!
Must confess tho', much as I love old Jam stuff I do think Paul Weller is a bit of a tit.... (Sorry, Paul is you're reading this!)
