Twiglet says:

If I knew what photoshopping was I might be tempted to.....

It was a passing place on a single track lane in Cornwall and some wag had scratched out the P.

If I had the technology to tamper with a photo I would've turned it into pissing place.

I was going to ask if this was at Zennor, then I saw the tags... I saw that sign last Thursday. Turn right at the church (yeah?) and on the road out of Zennor- there was 2/3 of these signs like this, all sans the P.

*Twiglet cleared in photoshopping allegation!*

Did you do the Zennor to St Ives cliff top walk? Spectacular but it damn near killed me! I have been following your Cornwall series, it's a great place isn't it?

Glad to be able to clear your name of something I'd not heard of pre-moblog.

I didn't do the cliff top walk as my girlfriend is recovering from a foot infection that had her in hospital for 5 days and although she is better now it gives her grief if she walks on it too much. We went walked down the path from the church (is there only one way down?) and followed the coastal path and not the field path. We didn't walk in the direction of St Ives though, went the other way.

We followed the path down for about 10 mins to a bench for some sandwiches. I left kate for 20 mins to follow the path past a stream and to some spectacular rocky views.

Another thing to go back to and do properly!!! Did you follow the whole of the walk? I bet it was amazing.

I've a really really great friend who's is from Cambourne, I asked him for one place to do a great walk and he said that although his parents go for walks on the Lizard he loves going to Zennor - so I had to go and see it.

Amazing, wonderful, breathtaking etc!! We took the bus from St Ives to Zennor and walked back to St Ives. Kate did the right thing tho' as it was very hard on the feet but we saw a fair few folks doing it in flip flaps! My cliff walking days are coming to an end....

Glad you had a good holiday.

I'm guessing you had a good holiday too so that's good :)

Pleased to have a good holiday this year after getting rained on all week in Wales last year!

We went the week with bank holiday Monday in it. The forecast was awful but the weather was wonderful, 3 full days on the beach, plus the Zennor trip and a couple of boat trips and a trip to St Michael's mount. We too have had 3 out of the last 4 summer holidays rainy so we were delighted!!
