It was cells of a human cell line that is used routinely in research. My mission was to devise a pratical for a group of school kids, they applied a deadly toxin to kill the cells, then applied a red dye to stain the living cells. Top shot no toxin, bottom shot lots of toxin. And this deadly toxin? Salt solution.

Hard work to get it ready to deliver to a group.
