My latest discovery. Range of madly flavoured cheddars. Top is Red Devil - with chili and pepper. Spicy. Bottom is Amber Mist - mature cheddar with whiskey. Bloody delicious. Both are excellent on crackers, or toasted on muffins. Or just cut off in a chunk and devoured while standing in front of the fridge wondering if I can be bothered to eat anything else for dinner. Maybe just another chunk of cheese.

Highly recommended. Available here. Not too sure about the one with chocolate chips, but the one with chunks of pickled onion is next on my list. Yum.

And I've aways loved cheese that comes covered in wax. And is called a 'truckle'. A truckle of cheese. Mmmmmmm.

Chocolate. Yes.

Cheese. Yes.

Mmmmmmmmmm. I probably will end up trying it, just because - you know. Chocolate! AND Cheese! I will report back.

It is mighty cheese, is it not?

Only other cheese I've had with booze had Port in it - that was good too. I love it when people put two of my favourite things in one.

Oddly chocolate and cheese go real wel together. The saltyness of the cheese works perfectly with the sweetness of the chocolate.

These are all british made I'm guessing?
