As a teenager I knew everything....I'm still trying to figure out when I forgot it all.

My friend and work collegue Will is doing a degree in Fine Art at
wolverhampton Uni,

These are some pictures of one of his entries into the BA
hons FineArt06 exhibition....The topic "Humanity As A Commodity".Each Test tube has "something" that we buy or use everyday to supposedly
improve dye, perfume, make up etc inside and then filled
with a illuminous (sp?) liquid that reacts under UV and glows!! Then assembled in such a way that it hung as a fractured globe.

It was SO big it had a room all to itself with a vidoe of his other exhibit playing
along on a projector screen, With the same theme as before and to
highlight our "Throw Away" society he "filled" 100 condoms (and yes he
"filled" them himself the dirty boy) then inflated them with helium and let
them go in the Uni stairwell.... kinda glad I didn't see that one live!

His isn't the only work being shown, if you get chance and are in Wolves
visit the uni art building (the old polytechnic on Molineaux Street) to take a look as its well worth the effort, and/or visit to see a small proportion of the other exhibits!!

It was brilliant..I was really impressed with some of the work...i couldn't take pictures of it all as you had to get permission off the "artists" and I didn't want to take any without permission as it was obvious they'd worked really hard and didn't want anyone stealing their ideas (particullally the Graphics and Advertising departmants) but Will was happy for me to shoot his!

I just realised the website that I linked is only one of the degree classes work...looks like you'll have to go to the uni to see anymore!
