Woo!

When I first heard about Norwich International Airport, I thought it was some sort of cruel joke by the locals - largely because it seemed like you couldn't fly anywhere from it.

It does seem to be bigger than Inverness Airport though (one of the few UK airports with flights to Norwich, incidentally) - that's only got two gates.

Norwich international airport is hilarious - but really handy - flew from norwich to glasgow this christmas for the folks - we spent the rest of the day in a daze cos it wasn't right that we were in jo's folk's house for lunch and my folks' for teatime. bonkers.

swamprose - no, it's flipping miles away. My in laws live in norwish, my folks live in Glasgow, and Leeds is smack between the two - about 250 miles on either side...

Yes, it's positively gargantuan compared to Norwich.

Which is still pretty small. Leeds bradford airport... rather frustratingly you can't fly from leeds to norwich. but you can fly from leeds to glasgow, or from norwich to glasgow.
