The food was great-- don't get me wrong, but the problem is that when I eat I get *VERY* tired. And I can't afford to be tired right now, period, full stop.

that's a question of quantity normall (of food) and it you let yourself go too long without sleep your efficiency will suffer, so it's a difficult balancing act (like you need to be told)
