Thanks! The look was inspired by the fact I only own one pair of sunglasses and it was bloody bright outside!

Thanks for the well wishes about the seminar. I now have 51 slides made, most with flashy animations, so hopefully they'll be too in awe of the aesthetics to worry about listening to my slightly ropey data. It's tomorrow at 4pm... not good...

*hyperventilates into paper bag*

Thanks :o) My data's not that ropey. Just a bit on the negative side. I'm hoping my over-the-top animations will win the audience over!

Sean> It was only 10km. I finished in a time of 56 minutes, which wasn't that bad considering I'd not done any training. I'll do better next year!
