I have steroid itchy face something terrible right now. I keep putting a bag of frozen peas on it. But I am full of pizza, and that is good.

When I have itchy rashy bits, I run near-scalding hot water on them. It's *like* itching, but with no skin abrasion. It's the same pain activation in the nerves, but doesn't leave a mark.

Ok, this, I've been there for (huge doses of prednisone for severe asthma). Try your best not to scratch, and use minimal soap...dry skin bad.

hmm, i thought this was a picture of you 'getting rid' of your pizza!

I find gently tapping the area with finger tips can sometimes do the trick

I don't have this level of problem, but how about rose or calendula oil - and you are drinking enough water, aren't you...

Cold helps a lot. The bag of frozen peas worked well. It finally went away around 11:30 and I was able to go to sleep.

Filbert - there is no place to get curry around here. I live in the middle of nowhere. No curry, Indian, Thai, or sushi, for about 60 miles. Eek!
