The Stranger: The Dude abides. I don't know about you but I take comfort in that. It's good knowin' he's out there. The Dude. Takin' 'er easy for all us sinners. Shoosh. I sure hope he makes the finals.

office planning is a pain in the a$$

especially if you don't know nothing about it, but want to do it at no
cost. I mean wtf, it's just 32 sqr mtrs right? Wrong! I just can't
combine 3/4 offices, a round table and all these with a minimum privacy
(as much as I can achieve using moveable wall stands (u know those steel
ones with glass or wood panel).

My mother insists its doable, but all I can do is fit 3 offices and a
round table (which is obligatory and should have privacy). If anyone has any ideas or suggestions on this design or how I could
change it, plz feel free to comment. I'm starting to lose my patience :/

The guest chair on the end up there- the one at the end of the table, top center. Gotta go. It's sitting in a pass-through. WAY too tight.

I can't see the dimensions clearly to offer anything else, but *for sure* that chair is a problem.

The opening on the left there, where does it lead? Can it be moved up to be in line with the corridor in the middle? right now you're walking headon into the middle of a partition-- it's going to look way weird in 3d, and it technically opens out to what you wanted to be a semi-private space.

The guest chair should not be there. I deleted another desk had and forgot to delete the chair (which I moved in the middle), so no prob there. I'm afraid the room on the left is as-is, cannot be changed and there is a sliding door which will mostly be closed (lower left corner is bathroom and middle corridor will be used for routers, fridge, coffemaker, etc, etc).

I just wish I could isolate the desks a bit more, but I think the corner office "eats" up all the space, doesn't it?

maybe I should ditch the corner desk for a regular one... hmm (thanks for the comment :))
