I've never watched Popworld, so the only times I've ever seen Simon Amstell have been when he's doing standup at Sausage Nights (there was another one back in June 2004). He was great - actually, everyone was apart from Paul Foot, and I suspect that's only because the comedy of mild embarrassment doesn't really work in big rooms.
