My k750 couldn't quite pick up the shafts of light poking through the clouds and over the city. But trust me, they were there, and it looked rather nice.

(Cropped a bit to make it nice and panoramic; bigger version here)

Very nice. Lovely shot. That's on the DLR isn't it?

It is, at Pontoon Dock station. I was down at the Thames Barrier Park, but it was rather windy and dull by the time I got there, so haven't really got any nice pictures of it.

Friend of mine lives near canary wharf so I always gotta take the DLR to get to him now. Thought it looked familiar.

I love the K750 camera. That large version of the image looks great.

thanks :)

I find the DLR to be fairly photogenic too. The swooping concrete bridges seem quite graceful, and being able to sit at the front of the train is quite good fun too

I do like the DLR trains. They're jsut somehow kooler than the regular tube trains.

why do i have to sign up to flickr to see a bigger version of that pic? :( (sorry, i just hate sites that make me join to see what they're actually like)

ooh, I hadn't realised that you needed to be logged in to see it.
(word to the wise: if you have a Yahoo! account, then you should be able to sign in with that)

kel says:

hmmm.... I think I might have signed up to Yahoo once and never used it. Let's see if I can remember my password and username...

kel says:

Actually, I notice they have an 'explore' option on that page, but I dunno if that will let me see your photos.

(EDIT: that would be a no, then)

teflon says:

alternatively I could just change the link so that you can get to it without having to sign in...
