I am a female, carbon based lifeform.
I am a New York City Native.
I am a Design Professional.
I take photographs.
I also sculpt, paint, create mosaics, and play with weapons.
And sometimes, I even dance about Architecture.
What I see, is what you get.
The building is in very poor conditions. It's largely been abandoned since 1978.
Meh, I hate it when that happens... :/
There is a gorgeous villa from around the industrial revolution right down my street, and it's supposed to be under monumental protection, but the city and the current owner have been fighting about the remodelling costs for so long that by now, it's pretty much unrestorable. :(

Nope. Got it.
Bronxelf.com had gone down a while ago for a couple days. They reloaded the site from an old backup at the host. A bunch of files got lost in the shakedown. I just reloaded the file. It should be fine now.
I can't speak to the building's structural soundness as I am nowhere near an SE. However i've seen buildings that appear to be in MUUUUCH worse shape come out on top.
Well, I hope they do something about it. It would be such a shame if they didn't. The header image is still not working for me...
