Tonight's dinner

(viewed 1164 times)
As a first try at cooking tofu myself, it actually wasn't too bad.
First I stir-fried the veggies (carrots, snap peas, and broccoli), then
the tofu with some ginger and a little dried onion, it was pretty good.
I need to get a proper stir-frying pan and some more spices, though.

Antique sewing machines

Along with antique trolleys, we also like much smaller examples of
antique technology. This is our 1961 +/- Singer Spartan sewing machine,
it's foot pedal, and Don threading it to fix some pants. Yes, my
husband sews. He also cooks. I'm spoiled :-) We have a much older
Singer machine here as well, I will get pictures of it as soon as I can.

Never saw this one before!

I have the ideal railfan job - my office is less than 10 yards from a railyard. All I have to do is look out the back window and see pretty trains :-)
