Instant 'car'ma

(viewed 938 times)
This miserable swine cut in front of me on the drive home last night, then
his boot (trunk) flew open. He had to wait until we got to a traffic light,
then run back and shut it in front of a long line of cars. Ha!

Dodging bullets

We went exploring in the darkness last night behind the ol' gun club
(well...there was nothing on TV!). A bit scary but fun. We found a rickety wooden
bridge, a metal tunnel thing and a shortcut to an old race track.

Twin kitties

My nephew got these little marble cats for me when he went to Italy this
summer. They reminded him of my cat, Sabrina which I thought was sweet, although
'madame' herself doesn't seem too impressed!

One of my co-worker friends was nice enough to bring home-made cake to the
office this morning. It's called 'Luscious Four-Layer Pumpkin Cake' and it
was deeeeee-licious!;=recipe/knet_recipe_display&u1;=byt

Moving day

(viewed 1607 times)
Today I moved out of my little shoe-box sized office and into a nice
big(ish) one. I suppose I'll have to do some proper work now...!

Mongolian Grill

(viewed 1499 times)
Us office folk tried something new for lunch yesterday -- Mongolian food.
You pile raw food into a bowl, add various sauces then hand it to a little
chef bloke who grills it and chops it all up for you. I was amazed because I
just don't cook, but mine tasted really good! There were pretty parasols
hanging from the ceiling and curious wooden animals for sale too. Much
better than McDonald's!
