A great night in Liverpool last night... I work for Yamaha Guitars and we're currently on tour with three fantastic acoustic guitarists... I only managed to grab shots of the first two unfortunately... Gaz Twist and Dave Goodman. The bill was headed up by Derrin Nauendorff.
It was nice walk back to the hotel too, so I thought I'd grab an opportunist shot of the buildings at the docks... I really like Liverpool - and all this on John Lennon's birthday too... nice.
Off to Cardiff now...
Instead of moblogging the usual roller coaster-y type stuff, I thought I'd take a piccie of the gardens instead. Alton Towers is an amazing place. So much history there is almost painful that most people miss it or mistake it for bad Disney themeing. Oooh, what I'd give to be able to get inside those towers with a camera one day.
Still, what a cracking day for October eh?
Miguel Sanchez threw a lovely dart, straight in the flight of his previous shot. It's worthy of a moblog entry I feel. Plus, check out the upside down writing on the right way up dartboard. Never good to see that when you've had a few.
Might have something to do with the hairy pork scratchings they serve in my local.
Lovely. And no, we didn't eat it. I live in Walsall, so therefore I eat Pork Scratchings regularly, but I draw the line at hairy ones.
A few opportunist shots of Greenbelt Festival 2007. A belter of a year, with the undoubted highlight for me being Coldcut's journey's by VJ set on the Sunday evening. Awesome. Great festival settling down nicely in it's new concrete home.

I've just returned home from a fantastic curry at the newly restored Holte Hotel at Villa Park... Wow. What an amazing place. Beautifully restored, fantastic vibe, wonderful history and nice to know my favourite football club is back in very safe hands...
This was in a car park in Huddersfield. I'm sure they're lovely people, but this possibly isn't the politest way to welcome visitors...?!
