Oh, and lemons.

Funny thing I never knew about lemon trees (which was told to us by a
tour guide): lemon trees flower and produce fruit up to four times a
year in Sicily, whilst the orange trees only do it once. This explains
why the orange trees we saw were all but swathed in cotton wool, and the
lemons were just left to do whatever they wanted.

I want this property. I could do it up, turn it into an artists space,
have a studio, darkroom, classrooms and gallery all in the same
building. It is a crying shame it's been left to rot.
