A Pow-Wow Mother's Day

Raven, his mother (Sara) & I went, at her request, to a Pow-Wow in
Canton, Georgia as her Mother's Day excursion. For those unfamiliar a
Pow-Wow is a Native American festival; some, like this one, are open to
the public. There's dancing, singing, food... generally a grand time is
had by all. We certainly enjoyed it!

The Eagle has Taken Off

Also from the Chattahoochee Nature Center. They had a Bald Eagle in an
enclosure and I was lucky enough to capture her swooping around.

Knowing Wink

Took the boy to the Chattahoochee Nature Center on Sunday. I think the
owls know more than they're letting on.

Mmm, books

(viewed 663 times)
Visited the Jackson Street Bookstore in Athens, GA yesterday. Yummy
place full of used books on old wooden shelves and creaky wooden floors.
