Its running a quite poor distro of ubuntu but for what i need? Its perfect. This is far and away the ideal solution at the moment for anyone moving their comic collection to digital only (imo). Its perfect as an ereader too. Backlit screens and eink screens have their own pros and cons but for me the SmartQ 7 far and away beats any kindle or similiar for the moment, and at under 150 quid including shipping from China its a steal.
