Over the weekend I took myself away to Leamington Spa for a bit of pampering and exploration. I really liked it over there, it's really clean almost continental in places and folks are really friendly. Found a sub tropical garden in the main public park and stayed in a lovely guest house run by a charming couple.
And of course I did venture out around Walsall tonight and captured these icicles on the traffic lights around by the bus station.
Mental amounts of snow as I ventured out at lunchtime to take some shots of Lichfield Cathedral in the snow. Had to abandon the mission!
Really kicked in about 21:30 here, this is how it looks now, what will it look like in the morning?
A little gift for Mr K, on Christmas Eve! He comes by van these days, so what a tesco petrol voucher for the van, rather than carrot for Rudolph?
Merry Christmas everyone :)
En route to the station to meet a friend, two street sellers were about to unleash Christmas Carnage with an army of robot pets, which people were actually buying! Good job the Santa hats opposite were forming a battle plan of their own!
And it's Hi Ho, Aston Villa!
Away from home too.
So it looks like I got Christmas all wrapped up! Having broken away from work for a festive 2 week break, I'll be 28 years young in about 5 hours from now and will soon be kicking off project 365.
