Made with the pheasant stock I made this afternoon.
It turned out very yummy.
Well making it actually. Out of the bones of the 2 pheasants that jsut
got eaten.
This stock will be used in the stuffing for tomorrow and for the "gravy" that will be in the pheasant pie I'm making for boxing day.
Well the Lemon pie is all done and ready for Monday.
That is if I can manage to not eat it before then.
Fingers crossed on the crust. I tried something new. Used lard instead
of butter this time.
Another cold and wet early morning.
I've been making pie again.
It was waiting patiently for me when i got home last night.
That is a cheque for $250.

That is my first cheque for writing.
I've done it! I'm finally a paid writer.
