I cross the Cleddau Bridge twice a day by bicycle on workdays, and the view it gives of the Milford Haven is a constant inspiration , whatever the weather. This moblog is simply the same awesome view on (hopefully) every day of my 50th year.

10am Sunday Morning, out for a walk in the frosty sunshine with the wonderful Jasmine. Very cold, but hardly a breath of breeze.

A bit of a change today - I would have liked to bring you a nice sunset, but got there a bit too late, due to forgetting that my bike has no gears yet. D'oh. To make up, a nice panoramic paste-up of the whole haven. By the time I'd crossed the road to take the eastern view it was just too dark...

Far more tranquil looking than yesterday, but just as cold and windy!

12.30pm - very strong gusty northerner of a wind, bitterly cold. Pic 2 is how far we have to go, pic 3 is how far we've come. according to the odometer on my bike computer, the bridge span is about half a mile across, and we're moving in increments of around 6 feet a day. Go figure.
