First BA Emraer 170 to LCY from EDI

(viewed 2210 times)
What a lovely change from the Avro RJ-100 (or BAe 146 or whatever) that usually flies me to London City - this was the inaugural flight down and it was smooth, quiet and comfortable.
There was a 5 minute delay at the London end while the official camera crew took pictures of us taxiing under a water arch from two fire tenders, but all good!

Help me raise money for Action for Children next weekend

(viewed 623 times)
Each year, over 500 people from the IT and business community give up their bed for one night to experience a little of what it might be like to be homeless. The money they raise helps Action for Children tackle the root causes of youth homelessness and gets thousands of children and young people off the streets and into secure accommodation with education and training opportunities.

This year I am joining the Edinburgh sleepout, which will undoubtedly be cold and wet, but is all for a good cause. Please drop by my JustGiving page and sponsor me.

Just completed my latest guitar - this now has lots of glowing blue, courtesy of the Aurora Project and a stereo effects touchpad, a la Muse - recreated from a Korg Mini Kaoss Pad.

The neck is a standard ESP with ebony and it has a Kahler trem and a very customised set of electronics (ie I have changed my original design about 20 times so god knows what parameters this thing really works to)
