The early morning moon, a silver blur in a dark, lonely sky.
This is a great hope chest from that same garage sale. The price on the tag is $100, but I bet it will eventually go for less than that. I was tempted, but really have nowhere to put it. If it's still there on Sunday, I may have to see how far down they can go on price.
Big garage sale on the corner this weekend. I love them, even though I can't use most of the stuff on sale and buy very little. (Ended up with a bunch of books... as if I need more!)
This fellow is a long-time fixture at Petrow's Restaurant. The specialities are diner-type comfort food, homemade ice cream, and made from scratch pies and bread pudding. Not diet food at all. Rock from the '50s and '60s is always on the jukebox.
Not a fire, but another shot of the fountain in the park Sunday night.
