and it's not even a joke. just a quiz question.
i should point out that 'Eric Clapton' is indeed the answer to the question 'What is the name of the twin skyscrapers, 1,361 feet high, that are the tallest buildings in New York?'
i should also point out that these crackers are new, some 4 years after the Twin Towers ceased to be the largest buildings in New York.

not satisfied with smashing one window, it was clearly necessary to
smash every window in 4 adjacent phone boxes. nice.
took a trip 'doon the waater' today on the last sea-going paddle steamer
in the world, the P.S. Waverley.
1. the Waverley moored in Rothesay
2. one of said paddles
3. a *proper* engine, to turn said paddle
4. some good proper funnels
5. the 'band'. the man with the (midi) accordion is using it to play a
dodgy disco backing while he sings a horrendous flower of scotland/loch
lomond megamix. i think the man on the drums is just pretending, because i'm sure that what he's playing sounds nothing like the noises i'm hearing.
now this was a toilet i was happy to pay 15p to use.
