- Spinach raviolis filled with smoked/fresh salmo, and mozarella, with fresh spinach and a lemon/dill/melted shallot in white wine sauce.
- Paris Brest (the cream was to liquid to fill the puff pastry, so I put it in a little glass, it was good though it was too sweet).
