More bald eagles

This is a juvenile bald eagle. Brackendale has the highest population of bald eagles in the world, with almost 4000 of them living in the area.

Watching eagles watching me

I went bald eagle watching today in Brackendale (about an hour north of Vancouver). There were 20 or so flying around nearby, which gave me a chance to test out my new 70-300mm lens :)
