Design is easy.....?

Always on the look out for design/film/animation/photo taking inspiration - Oh, and travel ideas, (although anything in Japan will always win hands down for me). Currently based in the North East of Scotland.

House has been bugging me for ages - how did we accumulate so much 'stuff' - most of it I haven't seen in years, stuffed away in cupboards.
The charity shops will do well this week....

This is the last post on this topic, I promise! Lots of examples of the other work shown, and a very quick video of some of my installation in action - it worked on face recognition, so whenever a face appeared in front of the camera, it would start to create different visual effects, and slow down the playback etc, as soon as someone turned to see what was happening to their image however, it would stop, as their face was no longer visible to the camera. Frustrating, but amusing for onlookers, and based loosely on peripheral vision and cognition blah blah blah. Anyway, it is all done now, so onto my next idea, whatever that might be.........

At last. I can do no more! Will post a video of it in action on Friday at the Masters show, until then it is in the hands of the examiners. If anyone is remotely interested in what I have been doing it can be found at this link
