Underground overground Owens are we!

Very interesting and informative day at a slate mine, including a very scary underground train ride. A bit like the black hole at Alton towers.

Mothers day out

(viewed 366 times)
Today we all went down to the Farmhouse pub for Sunday lunch as a mothers day treat and Janet brought Bluebell along as well which was nice.
We all had a lovely tradition Sunday roast and with the Farmhouse being a hungry hoarse pub the meals are nice and big which I like, however the dinner proved to big for some and Bluebells leftovers were promptly bagged up for later!
