Hi all,I'm Leonard Low, and I'm a member of Canberra Institute of Technology's
Flexible Learning Solutions department. I manage the support team for
our online campus and have particular interests in interactive content
development, learning approaches using "social" network/web tools, and
mobile learning - at present, I feel that the three areas I'm interested
in are becoming increasingly convergent, which is very exciting!I'm involved in the Framework as ACT Representative on the E-Standards
for Training Experts Group
. Amongst other
issues, our group is currently researching standards that support
best-practice mobile learning, and the future interchange of mobile
learning resources between various practitioners, institutions, states
and territories in Australia.Blog: The MLearning Edublog: Low
